In addition, it operates with interchangeable tables, X/Y-axis positioning accuracy of 0.05mm/m, a max. acceleration of 1.5 G and a max. linkage speed of 110m/min. The machine is used as demo machine, it is like new, still under power and can be inspected anytime.
