Complete line for production wooden brushes
including:
- Machine for cutting and edging filaments is from Marcyn (J.
Evans&Sons). It has hot stam logo engraver built in and it is fully
refurbished and 100% functional. It can be used for various filament
cutting and edging. Also clips could be setup for different sizes of
the handles.
- Machine for tufting and drilling is from Schlesinger. Machine is
produced in the plant in Schönheide in 1969, however before 1955,
Schlesinger(nowadays Roth) manufactured machines in Schönheide (an
area of eastern Germany). Our machine was made after Friedrich
Schlesinger (the owner) moved to West Germany (Burgwald), a group of
people continued to produce machines in the factory in East Germany.
This machine is fully E661673 refurbished and 100% functional. We
added computer controlled system with unique own software. It can be
used for tufting wooden toothbrushes, plastic toothbrushes and
different kind of brushes like shoe brush etc.
