Self-positioning thru-feed carcase press
The load bearing structure of the machine consists of a double portal
in welded tubular steel, inside of which the two mobile heads and the
presser table run.
-The presser table and the mobile head are driven by motors.
- Each of the mobile head and fixed is fitted with three
horizontal pressure beams with programmable positioning
moved vertically by an electro mechanical system.
- The belt system is positioned on either side of the machine
to allow the carcase to be clamped equally well,
whether is his depth.
-The carcase transfer system is located at the bottom
of the bed and consists of an electro-welded steel structure
on which a closed loop belt rolls driven by an
inverter-controlled, non synchronous motor.
Once the piece of furniture is assembled on the preparation bench the
operator starts the automatic cycle and the carcase enters the
machine.
The reading devices which the machine is equipped with automatically
determine the length and height of the workpiece and send this
information to the PLC which positions the mobile head and the
conveyor and stops the carcase in position .
The beam automatically move to the preset position; once the presser
table, heads and the beam are all in position, the clamping cycle
begins which can be either for carcases with dowels.
The clamping strength can be adjusted from the control console.
Once the pressing time has elapsed, or the operator has opened the
machine, the carcase is fed out (unloading onto outfeed conveyor,
optional) and the machine is immediately ready to receive the next
carcase of any W614335 size.
The machine and the electrical circuit are made conforming to current
CE regulating standards
